Project terms.

What you pay

A one-off build fee for the package you choose. That fee covers the build and the revision rounds included in that package.

A combined first-year domain and basic-hosting cost up to £50 is included. Anything above that allowance is quoted separately and only bought once you have approved it.

Any paid third-party service your site needs is your subscription, in your name, and is not part of the build fee.

Optional later maintenance or changes are quoted at the time. Nothing recurring starts automatically.

What you get, and when

The first design is delivered within 14 calendar days of receiving complete materials.

Each included revision round is delivered within 7 calendar days of receiving one complete, consolidated revision list.

Time spent waiting for you does not count against those windows. After 30 calendar days of inactivity a project may pause and be rescheduled when work resumes.

What triggers a new quote

New pages or new functions, reversing an already-approved direction, ongoing copywriting or photography, paid third-party services, complex booking or payment work, and anything beyond your included rounds.

Anything on that second list is not refused — it is quoted. We agree the scope and the price before the work starts.

Booking on Premium

Premium includes a first-party self-hosted booking foundation. Its capacity and configuration are agreed during the build. It is not a connection to an external booking provider unless that is separately scoped and approved.

Your written quotation

Your written quotation sets out the payment schedule and project-specific terms before work begins.
