Premium includes the foundation for booking on your own site rather than a subscription to someone else's. What it can handle, and how it is configured, is agreed as part of the build.
Included in every package

- Placement of the imagery and copy you supply or approve.
- A working contact and enquiry route.
- A launch handoff with the known limitations written down.
- A combined first-year domain and basic-hosting cost up to £50.
Basic hosting means somewhere for the site to live for the first year. It is not a support contract, an uptime commitment, a search-marketing service or ongoing content management.
Not included — quoted separately
- New pages or new functions beyond the agreed scope.
- Reversing a direction that has already been approved.
- Ongoing copywriting, photography or content production.
- Paid third-party subscriptions and provider fees.
- Complex booking or payment integrations beyond the agreed scope.
- Work beyond the revision rounds included in your package.
Anything on that second list is not refused — it is quoted. We agree the scope and the price before the work starts.
The combined first-year domain and basic-hosting cost up to £50 is the allowance. If the combined cost is more than that, we quote the difference before anything is bought, and we verify the provider's price first.
Tax treatment, deposits, payment schedule, refunds and any optional maintenance are agreed directly and are not published here.
